腭式破碎机稀土低合金空淬耐磨铸钢腭板的研制

摘　　要：新型稀土低合金空淬耐磨铸钢腭板,具有生产工艺简单、成本低、性能优良等特点。工业试验表明:在相同条件下,这种新型腭板的使用寿命为高锰钢的2倍左右。The jaw made of the Re low-alloy air-quenched wear-resistant cast steel was developed with the characteristics of simple process, lower cost and good mechanical properties. Industrial tests show that the life-span of this new jaw is twice as that of high Mn steel in the same condition.
