摘 要:组织的坏死与脂质过氧化物质(LPO)密切相关。SOD是氧自由基的清除剂,能清除脂质过氧化产物,对组织细胞产生保护作用。在采用中药生脉注射液、复方丹参注射液、红花注射液对超长随意皮瓣成活影响的研究中,观察了红细胞SOD的变化。结果表明所用药物具有抗氧化能力,给药后静脉血中SOD活力升高,LPO降低,提示此类药物可诱导机体合成SOD以对抗自由基。随着LPO的清除,组织的损害减轻并得恢复,对皮瓣成活有良好作用。The necrosis of tissue is relative with lipid peroxides (LPO). Superoxide dismutase (SOD) which is a clearance agent to free radical can clear lipid peroxides and is a role in protecting cells and tissue. The change of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase was observed in study of effect of Traditional materia medica (Sheng Mo生脉 Dan Shen丹参 Hong Hua 红花) on survival of ultralong random flap. Results showed that above materia medica have ability of antioxidation. After taking these drugs, SOD activity increased but LPO level was decreased. The results suggested that above traditional materia medica were able to induce organism to compose SOD against free radical. The damage of tissue restored because LPO was cleared. This study provide experimented basis for good effect of traditional materia medica on survival of flap.
