摘　　要：《国际油污防备、反应和合作公约》(OPRC公约)于1995年5月13日生效。本文就该公约制订背景及其特色作一分析介绍。International Convention on Oil Pollution Preparedness .Response and Co- operation(OPRC) will come into force on May 13.1995. In this paper,the bachground and features of the convention is analyzed.
