摘  要:自1986—1995年,开展了金丝小枣茎段离体培养快繁技术研究,结果认为,用枣头为外植体最为适宜;以IBA诱导生根,早期世代为0.8mg/L,生根率为85.42%,晚期世代为0.2mg/L,生根率为91.65%;对二次枝的出现要控制;移栽时应注意炼苗和给予适宜的基质、温、湿度条件;在无性繁殖60余代后,其无性系染色体仍保持二倍体(2n=24),未发现有倍性变异.From the year of 1986 to 1995, the studies on in vitro stem-section culture and rapid propagation of 'Jinsi Xiaozao' Jujube were carried out. The results showed: the first order branches used as explants is the best; In early generations, the concentration of IBA used for rooting was 0. 8mg/L and the rooting rate was 85. 42%, while in late generations, the IBA concentration was 0. 2mg/L and the rooting rate was 91. 65%; The emergence of the secondary lateral branches must be controlled; Acclimatizing the plantlets and supplying the suitable ground substance, temperature and moisture conditions should be taken care of during transplanting the plantlets; After the clones had been clonally propagated for more than 60 generations, the chromosome of the clones remained diploid (2n=24), and no multiple variation was discovered.
