摘　　要：Located at the southern end of the Liaodong Peninsular, Dalian seaport has ideal natural conditions with a deep-water and ice-free port. As a vast harbour, this port is the hub of the waterways from north to south of China, playing a key role in the transport of import and export goods for the provinces of northeastern China and the vast eastern part of Inner Mongolia.
