摘  要:以金丝小枣枣头为外植体,用改良MS培养基为基本培养基,附加不同浓度的2,4—D、IBA诱导愈伤组织.IBA有利于致密的Ⅰ型愈伤组织形成,2,4—D易诱导出疏松的Ⅱ型愈伤组织,黑暗条件下诱导愈伤组织比光照条件下更有效.愈伤组织继代繁殖时,2,4—D的浓度影响了愈伤组织类型和染色体数目变异.两种愈伤组织再分化能力不同,Ⅰ型有6—BA分化出不定芽,而Ⅱ型未分化出芽.在IBAO.2+6—BAI时诱导出大量胚状体.选择了30个芽丛再生植株无性系进行继代繁殖,其中有1个四倍体,其余为二倍体.0.3ppmIBA最有利于生根.The improved MS media with different concentration of 2,4-D and IB A were used for 'Golden Silk' jujube shoots to induce callus. The IBA was good for forming the compact tupe I calli. The 2,4-D was liable to induce the loose type II calli. Under dark condition,the calli were induced more effectively than under light condition.When the calli were sub-cultured, the concentration of 2,4-D affected the callus type and the thromosome number variation of the calli. The redifferentiating ability of the two type calli were different. With 6-BA added, the type I calli differentiated adventitious buds but the type II calli didrit do. A lot of embryoids were induced with 0. 2ppm IBA and 1 ppm 6-BA condition. The IBA of 0. 3ppm was good for rooting.
