摘 要:在酸性介质中,高碘酸钾使显色剂DCS—偶氮胂从红紫色(λmax=540nm)退为淡黄色(λmax=440nm)的反应,只有在痕量钌(Ⅲ)的催化作用下才能实现,其退色度与钌含量具有良好的线性关系。本文研究了此反应的最佳条件,从而提出了一种新的在水相直接测定痕量钌催化分光光度分析法。方法检出限可达0.02μg/10ml,钌含量在0.02~0.40μg/10ml范围内符合比尔定律。此法简便易行,快速准确,且选择性亦好。可用于贵金属精矿等试样中痕量钌的测定。In this paper,we established a kineticspectrophotometric method for determining trace amount of ruthenium,based on its catalytic effect on the reaction of 2,6-dichloro-4-sulfo-arsenazo(DCS- arsenazo)-KIO4. The optimum conditions were studied carefully. The determination limit was 0. 02μg/10ml and the linear relation was very good. The reaction occured directly in water phase and had been applied to determine trace amount of ruthenium in refined ore. The method is convenient,reliable. rapid and sensitive.
