脱毛剂对小鼠皮肤影响的病理研究

摘　　要：烧伤时常用鼠类动物制备实验模型，烧伤前先行剪毛和脱毛，研究上述处理对皮肤有无损伤及对烧伤愈合过程有无影响，作者用Ｂａｌｂ／ｃ小鼠皮肤剪毛后分别用２种脱毛剂（硫化钡及亮肤霜）脱毛，脱毛后１０ｍｉｎ镜下见真皮血管充血及少量炎性细胞浸润，２４ｈ后恢复正常，故建议脱毛后２４ｈ进行烧伤实验较适宜。并提出剪毛时避免皮肤人为损伤，动物饲养环境应注意清洁笼具和垫料消毒，防止感染，排除非烧伤因素对烧伤愈合规律的影响。Small rodents are frequently used for preparation of experimental burn model.Before burn, the skin of the rodents should be shaved and depilated first. It is unclear whether this treatment causes injury to the skin and affects the changes and course of wound healing of burn. Two kinds of depilation,barium sulfide and depilating cream (Liang Fushuang) were applied on the skin of Balb/c mice respectively after shaving. Histological observations revealed that 10 minutes after depilation (barium sulfide or depilating cream), vascular hyperemia and infiltration of scanty amount of inflammatory cells were seen in the upper dermis. These changes disappeared after 24 hours. This result suggests that it is reasonable to start experimental burn 24 hours after shaving and depilation. Artificial damage of the skin during shaving should be avoided. Besides, attention should also be paid to the clearing of the cagewares and the disinfection of pad stuffs in the animal raising environment to prevent skin infection and to exclude non-burn factors affecting the healing process of burn wounds.These are essential for the study of wound healing of burn in experimental model of rodents.
