摘　　要：通过剖析镗削头的结构原理，从而把握其在制造时的重点、难点、各配合件间的配合关系，进而采取正确的装夹、定位、找正方法，并对冷、热加工时的变形进行有效的控制．By analyzing the structural principle of a boring cutter in the process of developing homemade boring cutters, the paper presents the important point the problem and the coordinating relations of diffenent components so as to help adopt the right orientation and find the right method, and as a resule, to attain effective control of the deformation caused by hot or cold-working.
