摘 要:研究和试验表明,正确应用磁化处理能降低刀具的残余应力.使高速钢刀具寿命延长30%左右,硬质合金刀具的脆性明显降低,崩刃减少,其寿命延长20%以上.磁化处理是延长刀具寿命简单易行的途径.It has been indicaded that with the correct magnetic treatment the remain stress of the tools can be reduced ;the life can be increased by 30% as to the highspeed steel cutter;the brittleness and the edge fracture cab be clearly decreased and the life can be prolonged by more than 20% as to the hard alloy cutter. It has been identified that:the magnetic treatment is a simple and feasible way for prolonging the cutter life.
