三黄提取液对豚鼠心室乳头肌跨膜电位的作用

摘　　要：用常规微电极技术研究了三黄提取液对豚鼠心室乳头肌动作电位的作用,100、500mg/L的提取液对动作电位复极50％及90％的时程(APD_50及APD_90)有显著的延长作用,此作用在用药5min时就出现,20min时接近稳态,而对动作电位幅度、静息电位、0相最大上升速率及动作电位复极20％的时程无作用。该药有延长有效不应期,提示三黄提取液有潜在的抗心律失常作用,其作用方式与Ⅲ类抗心律失常药物相似。Effects of the Sanhuang(Coptis chinensis,Astragalus membranaceus and Scutellaria baicalensis)extracts on action potentials(AP)in guinea pig papillary muscles were studied with standard microelectrode method.The 50%,90% repolarization of AP(APD_50.APD_90)and effective refractory period(ERP)were prolonged significant- ly after perfusing with the extracts(100,500mg/L)for 30 min(P<0.01).The resting potential(RP),maximum upstroke velocity(Vmax),amplitude of action potential(APA)did not change statistically.The prolongation ef- fects of the extracts occured in 5 rain and reached the steady state in 20 min.These results suggested that the Sanhuang extracts might have potential antiarrhythmic effect.The action mode was similar to the classⅢantiar- rhythmic agents.
