摘 要:为观察复方丹参对全脑缺血后再灌注损伤的影响,给大鼠腹腔注射复方丹参注射液(0.2ml/100g),15min 后阻断基底动脉和两侧颈总动脉60min,随后恢复血液供应连续观察60min。结果表明,与再灌组比较,丹参组脑组织 Na^+含量显著降低(P<0.01),K^+含量显著增高(P<0.01),乳酸脱氢酶和磷酸肌酸激酶活性显著增高(P<0.01,P<0.01),乳酸积聚和丙二醛含量显著降低(P 均<0.01)。病理检查发现,脑细胞肿胀及间质水肿与神经元变性显著减轻。表明复方丹参对全脑再灌注损伤有明显保护作用。In this study,effects were observed in Saliva miltiorrhiza compositae(SMC)on cerebral global ischemia/ reperfusion injury in Wistar rats.CMC was injected intraperitoneally in 0.2ml/100g body weight in 15 minutes before occluding vessels.Cerebral ischemia was induced by clipping basilar artery and bilateral common carotid arteries for 60 minutes followed by reopenning the three vessels for another 60 minutes.Electroencephalography was recorded.Cerebral Na^+ and K^+ content,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and creatine phosphokinase(CPK)ac- tivity,lactate and malondialdehyde(MDA)Were measured.The histological examination was performed.The re- sults showed that in comparing with reperfusion group,cerebral Na^+ content was lower(P<0.01),K^+ content was higher(P<0.01),LDH and CPK activity were elevated significantly(P<0.01.p<0.01),LDH and MDA levels were reduced(P<0.01,P<0.01)in SMC group.The histological examination showed that neuron degen- eration,edema and interstitial edema were alleviated significatly,these results suggested that SMC could protect the cerebral global ischemia/reperfusion injury in rat by inhibiting abnormal ion distribution,LDH and CPK re- lease,lactate accumulation and lipoperoxidation.
