红芪提取物抗亲心肌柯萨奇B_3病毒的实验研究

摘　　要：体外试验表明红芪提取物(HE)具有明显抑制亲心肌柯萨奇 B_3病毒(CVB_(3m))繁殖和保护病毒感染细胞的作用。体内试验表明 HE 对 CVB_(3m)感染小鼠具有减缓死亡、延长存活时间、保护其不得心肌炎或减轻心肌炎病变的作用。提示 HE 在控制病毒感染中起重要作用。In vitro,Hedysarum polybotrys extract(HE)has marked inhibition on reproduction and protective effect of myocarditic Coxsackie B3 virus(CVB3m)-infected ceils.In vivo,for CVB3m-infected mice,it has the effects to delay death,to extend survival time,to protect from myocarditis or to alleviate myocarditic pathological change. It suggested that HE played an important role on controlling virus infection.
