消斑柔脉饮对实验性兔动脉粥样硬化作用研究

摘　　要：本研究用兔动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型,探讨了消斑柔脉饮对 AS 治疗作用与机理。中药组与对照组比较,血清与心、肝、肾组织匀浆丙二醛(MDA)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(Ch)水平下降,总超氧化物歧化酶(T—SOD)、硒谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(SeGSHpx)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)升高。对照组动脉血管广泛发生 AS 斑块。中药组 AS 斑块机化,局限化,大部分血管内膜结构恢复正常。结果提示:消斑柔脉饮具有清除 AS 斑块及软化血管作用,治疗 AS 机理可能与其抗氧化、降血脂、升高 HDL—C 作用有关。The therapeutic effect and mechanism of Xiaoban Roumai Yin(XBRMY)on atherosclerosis(AS)were studied in rabbits.Comparison between treatment group and control group was made that the levels of malondi- aldehyde(MDA)triglyceride(TG)and cholesterol(CH)in serum and tissue homogenate of heart,liver and kid- ney were reduced,while the levels of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)Selenium-Glutathion peroxidase (SeGSHPx)and high density lipoprotein(HDL-c)were elevated.AS plaques organized and localized.and the major part of blood vessel endothelium normalized.In control group,the AS plaques extensively occurred in ar- teries.The results showed XBRMY had the effect of eliminting plaque and softening blood vessel.Its therapeutic mechanism might be associated with lowering the blood lipid,raising the HDL-c and anti-oxidation.
