益脑灵对家兔血液动力学的影响

摘　　要：家兔经十二指肠给益脑灵和脑复康各3个剂量(3.9g/kg、7.1g/kg、11.7g/kg 和0.25g/kg、0.5g/kg、1.0g/kg)。益脑灵使脑血流量(CBF)增加13%～18%,可维持60min;并增加股动脉血流量(FBF),但对动脉收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MBP)及心率(HR)没有明显作用。结果提示益脑灵有改善脑循环的作用。The effects of Yi Nap Ling(YNL)and acetamide pyrrolidon(APD)on hemodynamics were compared in anesthetized rabbits.Three dosage levels(3.9,7.7,11.5 g/kg and 0.25,0.5,1.0 g/kg.ID)were used respec- tively.YNL increased the cerebral blood flow by 13% to 18% for more than 60 minutes,elevated the femoral blood flow,but did not show significant influence on the systolic,diastolic and mean blood pressures and the heart rate.The reaults suggested that YNL had the function of increasing the cerebral circulation.
