复方健脑液对利血平化发育期小鼠脑内单胺类神经递质的影响

摘　　要：为探讨复方健脑液的益智作用机理,以利血平化发育期小鼠模型观察复方健脑液对脑内单胺类神经递质的影响。结果表明:复方健脑液可显著提高小鼠全脑下降的多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素含量,同时进一步降低5-羟色胺的浓度。我们认为这种作用可能是该药益智机制之一。Learning and memory are closely related to metabolism of monoamine neurotransmitter.Long-term clinical observation showed that composite Jiannao Oral Liquor(CJNOL)could promote and treat the mental develop- ment of normal and retarded children.In order to study the therapeutical mechanism,CJNOL on cerebral monoamine neurotransmitter were observed in reserpinified growth period in mice with HPLC-ECD measure- ment.Results showed that CJNOL markedly increased the content of lowered cerebral norepinephrine(NE)and dopamine(DA),simultaneously further decreased the level of cerebral 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),which is regarded as one of therapeutical mechanism of promoting mentality of CJNOL.
