人参五灵脂配伍对急性血瘀和气虚血瘀大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：采用大鼠复制成急性血瘀和气虚血瘀模型,并观察人参与五灵脂配伍对其血液流变学的影响。实验结果显示,以人参配伍五灵脂(1∶1)5g/kg、10g/kg(总含药量)连续灌胃7天或14天,对上述模型大鼠的全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积及红细胞电泳时间均有显著改善作用(P<0.01)。与单用五灵脂或人参比较,未见显著性差异(P>0.05)。表明两者配伍对五灵脂或人参改善血液流变性的作用无明显影响。The effects of decoction consisted of Panax ginseng and Faeces Trogopterorum on hemorheology in rats were observed when the pathologic model of rats with acute blood stasis and Qi Deficiency-blood stasis were es- tablished.The experimental results showed that the rats whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and erythrocyte electrophoresis time were improved significantly(P<0.01).after oral administration of decoction consisted of Panax ginseng and Faeces Trogopterorum(1:1)sucessively for 7 or 14 days with 5.10g/kg.Com- paried with the Faeces Trogoterorum or Panax ginseng alone,the results revealed no differences(P>0.05). The effects mentioned above suggested the compatibility between these two drugs did not have obvious influence upon each other in improving the hemorheology.
