丹参对实验性急性胃粘膜损伤的影响

摘  要:用无水乙醇制备大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤模型,丹参水溶液预先给药作为胃粘膜保护剂,观察丹参对乙醇性急性胃粘膜损伤的影响。结果显示丹参组胃粘膜损伤指数(19.46±1.14mm)明显低于乙醇组(71.42±1.23mm),P<0.01。组织学观察结果证实丹参组Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级损伤率明显低于乙醇组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结果说明丹参对大鼠乙醇性急性胃粘膜损伤有保护作用。两种给药途径比较显示,胃饲优于静脉给药;剂量实验表明,丹参的胃粘膜保护作用呈剂量依赖关系。This study was performed to determine the protective effect of Salviae miltiorrhiza(SM)on acute gastric mucosal damage induced by ethanol in rats.Acute gastric mucosal damage was induced by intragastric ethanol in- stillation.The reaults showed the administration of SM solution before ethanol instillation caused a significant reduction of mucosal damage.Histologic analysis showed SM solution treatment before ethanol challenge reduced Ⅱ and Ⅲ grade damage rate was lower than that in ethanol group.These reaults clearly showed that SM solu- tion orally administered to rats could prevent hemorrhagic necrotic lesions of gastric mucoses induced by ethanol.
