溃疡安对大鼠胃液、胃酸分泌及胃粘膜血流的影响  

Effect of Kui Yang An(溃疡安)on Secretion of Gastric Juice,Gastric Acid and Gastric Mucosal Blood Flow in Rats

摘　　要：本研究以溃疡安煎制药液,与生理盐水对照,观察其对大鼠实验性胃溃疡的胃液、胃酸分泌及胃粘膜血流的影响。结果:溃疡安组术后3h 或5h 的胃液分泌量和可滴定酸度均显著低于生理盐水对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);中性红清除率:溃疡安组由术后3h 的2.9%上升到术后5h 的3.5%,生理盐水对照组则由术后3h 的5.3%下降到术后5h 的1.7%;溃疡安组的胃粘膜充血、出血、糜烂及溃疡形成出现率显著低于生理盐水组(P<0.01)。提示:溃疡安具有抑制胃液分泌、降低胃酸、改善胃粘膜血流作用。Kui Yang an(KYA)is an anti-ulcer drug of Chinese herbal medicine.Gastric ulcer model was made by the method of pylorus ligation in rats.The mechanism of action of KYA was investigated by determination of neutral red clearance,secretion of gastric juice as well as gastric acid.Results:(1)the amount of gastric juice and gas- tric acid secretion of KYA group was significantly less than that of normal saline(NS)group,no matter the py- lorus was ligated for 3 h or 5 h;(2)the neutral red clearance was significantly lower in the KYA group than that in the NS group after 3 h of pylorus ligation,but higher in the KYA group after 5 h of pylorus ligation: (3)the rate of mucosal congestion,mucosal bleeding,mucosal erosion and ulceration were significantly lower in the KYA group than that in the NS group.Based on the above-mentioned results,we conclude that KYA could promote ulcer healing by inhibiting gastric acid secretion and improving gastric mucosal blood flow.
