复方麝香注射液对兔肠系膜上动脉闭塞性休克和小鼠缺氧的影响

摘　　要：夹闭兔肠系膜上动脉1h,开夹后血压进行性下降至零,制成兔肠系膜上动脉闭塞性(Superiormesenteric artery ocdusion,SMAO)休克模型。将小鼠放入125ml 密闭瓶中,造成小鼠缺氧至死亡。观察复方麝香注射液的作用。实验表明:该药能增强开夹血压迅速下降后引起的升压反射,能显著延长开夹后血压维持在8kPa 以上的时间和动物存活时间(用药组与对照组比较,P<0.01)。开夹后4h,对照组动物死亡率是100%,而高药量组仅为36%。提示该药有抗兔休克小肠再灌流损害的作用。能显著提高小鼠耐缺氧的能力(P<0.05)。By clamping the superoir mensenteric arteriae of rabbit for one hour,then loosening the clamp.the blood pressure(BP)of the rabbit dropped to zero.The model of the superior mesenteric artery occlusion(SMAO) shock of rabbit was made.Mice was put into the hermetic bottle of 125ml.then died of hypoxia.The Co.injec- tion of musk(CIM)was made from musk,Angelica sinensis and Salvia miltiorrhiza.The experiments showed that CIM could reinforce the raising BP-reflex caused by the rapid drop of BP due to loosening of the clamp.CIM could also markedly prolong the duration when the BP of rabbit was maintained above 8kPa after loosening the clamp,and the survial time of the rabbit.Compared with the control,P<0.01.After loosening the anterior clamp for 4 hours,the mortality rate of the rabbit in control group was 100%,but only 36% in high dose CIM group.It showed that CIM had the effect of resistance to the pathological damage caused by re-perfusion and the hypoxia of mice(P<0.05).
