益气补肾冲剂对慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠抗氧化作用研究

摘　　要：用腺嘌吟制作大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭(慢性肾衰)动物模型,观察益气补肾冲剂抗氧化作用及其对肾功能的影响。结果表明:益气补肾冲剂能显著降低模型动物的过氧化脂质(P<0.05),增加超氧化物歧化酶(P<0.01)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(P<0.05)和维生素 E(P<0.05)的含量。并能显著降低模型动物血尿素氮(P<0.01)、血肌酐(P<0.01)和24h 尿蛋白(P<0.01),肾脏病理改变明显减轻。该结果提示益气补肾冲剂抗氧化能力在延缓慢性肾衰病程进展中发挥重要作用。The Effects of Yiqi Bushen granule (YQBS) on antioxidation and renal function were observed in adenine-in- duced chronic renal failure rat model.The results showed that YQBS significantly increased the activity of super- oxide in erythroeytes (P<0.01),the activity of glutathion peroxidase in blood (P<0.05) and the content of serum vitamin E (P<0.05).It also remarkably decreased the content of lipid peroxide in serum (P<0.05).Blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and proteinuria were reduced significantly (P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01,respec- tivily).The pathological change in rat kidney were relieved.These results suggested that the antioxidative effect of YQBS play an important role in retarding the progression of chronic renal failure.
