通肾汤治疗大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭的实验研究

摘　　要：本实验通过病理形态学、血清学测定血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)等方法,观察了通肾汤治疗腺嘌吟所致大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭的作用。形态学和血清学结果均提示模型制造是成功的,通肾汤组的肾脏损伤程度、BUN、Scr 的下降幅度与模型组和温脾汤组相比较均有显著性差异。笔者认为其作用机制可能与促进2,8-二羟基腺嘌吟结晶的溶解、排泄,促进病肾组织的修复及促进尿毒物质排泄,促进蛋白合成,抑制蛋白分解等有关。The therapeutic effect of Tongshen decoction (TSD) on chronic renal failure induced by adenine in rats was observed by means of patholo-morphology and determination of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and ereatinine (Cr). The results showed that the degree of renal injury and the decrease of BUN and Cr in TSD group had a significant difference compared with those in the model group and Wenpi decoction group.Moreover.TSD could relieve the patients' symptoms and improve the renal function remarkably.The author assumed that the therapeutical mech- anism of TSD might be:TSD was able to promote the dissolution and excretion of 2'8-dioxyadenine crystal,the repairment of the dysfunctioned renal tissue,the excretion of uremic substances,and the synthesis of protein.
