薄芝注射液对家兔膜性肾小球肾炎的实验研究

摘　　要：采用 Border 方法制作家兔膜性肾小球肾炎模型,从肾功能与血生化、病理形态定性与定量相结合对比观察分析中药薄芝注射液对家兔膜性肾小球肾炎的治疗作用。结果表明:经治疗后,尿蛋白排出量显著减少,血浆白蛋白逐渐升高,免疫荧光强度明显减弱,肾小球平均直径明显减小,上皮下电子致密沉积物绝对数目减少,肾小球基底膜厚度变薄。各指标和参数治疗前后比较大部分具有显著差异(P<0.05)。研究表明薄芝注射液对家兔膜性肾小球肾炎有明显治疗作用,且以中西药结合治疗效果更佳。The therapeutic effects of Ganoderma capense (GC) on membranous glomerulonephritis (MGN) model rab- bits which was produced by means of Border's method,and was comparatively analysed by combining both renal functions and blood biochemical tests as well as patho-morphological qualitative determination and quantitative morphometry.The results indicated that after the treatment,the excretion of proteinuria reduced remarkably and the plasma albumin increased gradually,and the intensity of immunofluorescences reduced obiviously.Mean- while,the average diameter of the glomeruli decreased apparently and the absolute number of the subepithelial electron dense deposits of 1.11×10^(10) reduced to 2.63×10~9,the thickenss of glomerus base membrane thinned from 321.345:15.68 nm to 214.545±7.79 nm.Compared with the indexes and parameters before and after treat- ment,most of them were significantly different (P<0.05).This investigation showed that the therapautic effect of GC on MGN in rabbits were obvious and efficency of combined therapy of GC and Western medicine yielded better results.
