摘 要:本研究观察了补益中药构杞子和白术对老年动物及免疫抑制动物模型免疫系统的影响。实验结果表明,中药构杞子和白术能提高老年动物脾细胞体外培养存活率,即能延长淋巴细胞寿命,并能增强老年动物巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和细胞免疫功能。进一步观察构杞子和白术对免疫抑制动物的调节作用,发现它们能促进和诱导干扰素(IFN)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)的产生,纠正 T 淋巴细胞亚群分布的紊乱状态,增加 T 淋巴细胞表面白细胞介素2受体的表达,并能稳定免疫抑制小鼠血浆β-内啡肽(β-EP)的含量。证明补益中药延缓衰老作用与免疫调节有关,而中药的免疫调节作用与其对 T 淋巴细胞亚群分布、免疫介质及受体的影响有关,与神经内分泌免疫网络也有一定联系。In order to explore the relationship between the aging process and immunofunction,two Chinese medicinal tonic herbs—Lycium chinense (LC) and Atractylodes macrocephala (AM).which are often used in clinical practice to delay aging process,were selected according to TCM.The old mice and the immunosuppressed mice treated with hydrocortisone were examined after the tonic herbs were administered compared with the control group.The results indicated:(1) In the incubation of 48 and 7 2 hours,the survival rate of cells of old mice was markedely lower than that of the young group (P<0.05).The rate of the group of LC and AM was raised to the same level as that of the young group until 72 hours.LC and AM could strengthen the celluar immunity function of organism and elevated the macrophagocytic function.(2) In immunosuppressed mice.LC and AM could modulate the L3 T4 (Th),the Lyt2 (Ts) positive cells and the proportion of Th/Ts to make it reach the state of immunologic balance.They could raise the production of the IL-2,a -IFN,and T-IFN and increase the expression of IL-2 receptors (IL-2R).The plasma β-Endorphin (β-EP) level in immunosuppressed mice was sig- nificantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01) and after the treatment of LC or AM the β-EP level was obviously decreased.The study proved that the effect of LC and AM on delaying aging process in the human body was related to the improvement of the immunohypofunction in aged organism.
