活血化瘀理气方对老年大鼠血液流变学和膜脂区流动性的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨活血化瘀理气方治疗血瘀证的机理,采用荧光偏振等方法,观察了大鼠随增龄而出现的血液流变性改变。老年组与青年组比较,有红细胞变形指数、红细胞膜脂区流动性、全血粘度等11项指标有显著性改变。活血化瘀理气方可改善血小板和红细胞的功能。The recipe of promoting blood circulation to remove stasis and regulating Qi (PBCRS-RQ) are commonly used to treat Syndrome of blood stasis.In order to probe into the essence of blood stasis Syndrome.we observed the effect of PBCRS-RQ recipe on hemorheology and fluidity of RBC membrane in old rats.The rats were divided into three groups:young,senile and medicated senile rats.The results showed that senile group compared with young group,nine indexes in hemorheology were significantly different (P<0.05,P<0.01).Deformability of RBC and fluidity of RBC membrane were obviously decreased,group of medicated rats compared with senile group,index of RBC aggregation and aggregation rate of platelets were obviously decreasd.But RBC deformabil- ity and fluidity of RBC membrane were obviously increased.Senile rats formed changes of hemorheology of stick- y,thick,coagulating,and aggregating blood.Senile rats were naturally formed model of blood stasis.The PBCRS-RQ recipe could improve functions of platelets and RBC.
