人参茎叶皂甙对创伤小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响

摘  要:利用小鼠闭合伤、截肢伤及烧伤模型,观察创伤后4天细胞免疫功能的变化及人参茎叶皂甙(GS)的体内调节作用。结果显示:各创伤组小鼠脾脏指数(SI)和胸隙指数(TI)降低,脾细胞的 T 淋巴细胞转化及 Th 数目下降,Ts 数目增多,白细胞介素2(IL-2)、IL-2受体(IL-2R)、IL-2信使核糖核酸(mRNA)以及 IL-2RmRNA 水平均明显受抑。经皮下注射 GS(50mg/kg,每天1次,连续4天)不仅可使创伤小鼠的 SI、TI 恢复正常,且可纠正T 淋巴细胞转化、Th 数目的下降以及 Ts 数目的增多,逆转 IL-2、IL-2R、IL-2mRNA、IL-2RmRNA 的受抑状态。提示:GS 可从器官—细胞—分子乃至基因水平纠正创伤后细胞免疫功能低下。Closed trauma,amputation,burn models in mice were used to observe the change.of cellular immunity at the 4th day following trauma and the regulatary effect of Ginsenoside (GS) in vivo.The results showed that in different traumatized mice,spleen index (SI) and thymus index (TI) were reduced,T lymphocyte transforma- tion of splenocytes and Tb cell number were decreased while Ts cell number was increasd,the levels of inter- leukin 2 (IL-2).IL-2 receptor (IL-2R),IL-2mRNA,IL-2RmRNA were suppressed significantly.The subcuta- neous administration of GS (50mg/kg dialy,from day0 to 3) could not only normalize the SI.TI of traumatized mice.but also adjust the reduced T lymphocyte transformation.Th cell number and increased Ts cell number. reverse the suppressed levels of IL-2,IL-2R,IL-2mRNA,IL-2RmRNA.It is suggested that GS could adjust the depressed cellular immunity after trauma at the levels of organ,cell,molecule and gene.
