自拟犀基汤和桃基汤治疗过敏性紫癜实验研究

摘　　要：本实验对治疗过敏性紫癜有效方——犀基汤和桃基汤进行了动物实验研究。结果表明,此两方剂对小鼠脾细胞溶血性空斑形成数及血清溶血素水平较生理盐水对照组明显减少(P<0.01),而对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率及吞噬指数无明显作用(P>0.05)。对醋酸所致的小鼠腹膜炎性渗出具有明显拮抗作用(P<0.01)。毒性实验显示毒性低徽。提示该两方剂对特异性免疫有抑制作用,而对非特异性免疫无不良影响,并具有减少炎性渗出作用,临床用药安全。The result of experimental study on allergic purpura treated by two self-formulated effective decoctions-Xiji decoction and Taoji decoction.It showed that in inhibiting the number of plaque forming cells of mice spleens and in reducing serum hemolysin level,there were significant differences between both decoctions and normal saline control group(P<0.01).Insignificant differences in reducing the phagocytosis rate and index of phagocytosis in mice's abdominal cavity.They could also antagonize mice's peritonitistic exudation induced by acetate.No obvi- ous toxicity was observed.It revealed that both decoctions could inhibit specific immunity but had no side effect on nonspecific immunity.Also they had the effect of anti-inflammatory exudation.It is safe for clinical applica- tion.
