大豆黄酮抗肿瘤的实验研究

摘　　要：大豆黄酮体内外研究表明有明显抗癌作用。大豆黄酮1000μg/ml 和5000μg/ml 剂量对 SP 2/0骨髓瘤细胞 DNA 合成抑制率分别为52.0%和59.0%,和对照组比有显著性差异。体内实验显示每日给10mg/100g 体重,能明显抑制瘤体生长,瘤重抑制率>55%。同时可提高小鼠机体的免疫功能。The experimental study of Daidzein which showed it could obviously inhibit the tumor growth in vivo or in vitro,could inhibit DNA synthesis of myeloma cells with 1000μg/ml and 5000μg/ml.Their inhibition rates were 52.0% and 59.0% respectively,which were significantly different in comparing with control group.The inhibi- tion rate of tumor weight exceeded 55%,more apparent effects resulted from the experiment in which the drug is pre-administered.Furthermore,the Daidzein could enhance the immunity function of body.
