牡蛎合剂对大鼠实验性佝偻病骨组织的作用观察

摘　　要：采用大鼠佝偻病模型,以骨组织体视学、X 线诊断和血钙浓度观察在不加维生素 D 状况下,服用改革炮制方法后的牡蛎合剂(OSM,含牡蛎、黄芪、太子参和陈皮)的疗效。实验表明,OSM 治疗组的自身前后比较及与实验对照组相比较,各项指标均有显著性差异。血钙浓度经治疗后 OSM 组与空白对照组相同,雌雄间的差别均有统计学意义,而余各组则不但雌雄间差别无统计学意义,且由于低钙并发症造成大鼠死亡。因此认为,OSM 不但富含天然钙,配伍后的健脾补肾作用使其更具有高度的生物活性。The effect of oyster shell mixture(OSM)in rickets of rats without using vitamin D was observed.The OSM was prepared by modifying the traditional processing method of oyster shell,adding the Astragalus mem- branaceus,Dsudostellaria heterophylla and Citrus reticulatae.The efficacy of OSM was evaluated through stero- logical examination of the bone tissue.X-ray finding and determination of the serum calcium level.It turned out to be that there were-highly significant difference in the OSM group between pre-and post-administration as well as between the OSM and the control group.Furthermore,after treatment,the concentration of serum calci- um.in the OSM group was the same as that in the placebo control group,there was difference between the male and the female(P<0.05);but in other groups the difference between both sexes was insignificant statistically and in these groups some rats died of complications during the experimental period.The OSM is not only rich in natural calcium,but also has the function of strengthening the Spleen and tonifying the Kidney made it biologi- cally highly active.
