复方枳椇子抗急性乙醇损伤的研究

摘  要:本研究观察了复方枳椇子水提物(简称 CZJZ)对急性乙醇性损伤的影响。结果表明 CZJZ800mg/kg 能减少乙醇诱导小鼠的睡眠时间和睡眠鼠数(P<0.05),CZJZ200mg/kg、400mg/kg 和800mg/kg 能显著减轻乙醇所致大鼠胃粘膜损伤,各剂量组溃疡发生率分别为85.0%、69.0%和0,均显著小于对照组(100%),当剂量为400mg/kg 和800mg/kg 时,对乙醇诱导小鼠急性肝损伤血清谷丙转氮酶(ALT)和肝脏过氧化脂质升高有显著抑制作用(P<0.01),使乙醇在大鼠血中半衰期和曲线下面积AUC(0~5h)减少15%~31%,提示 CZJZ 能降低大鼠血中乙醇浓度,促进乙醇的清除,这可能是该药对抗乙醇损伤的原因之一。The effects of water extraction of composite Hovenia dulcis (CHD) on ethanol-induced acute injury were ex- amined in animals.The results showed that CHD at dose 800 mg/kg significantly shortened the duration of mouse sleeping time and number of sleeping mice induced by ethanol when compared with control group (P<0. 05).CHD could reduce the ethanol- induced injury of gastric mucosa in rats at the doses of 200,400 or 800 mg/ kg.Their incidence of lesion were 85%,69% and 0% respectively,which were lower than that in control (100%).CHD at dose of 400 or 800 mg/kg markedly reduced ethanol-induced serum alamine transaminase (ALT) level and hepatic peroxidation in mice.CHD at doses 400 and 800 mg/kg might decrease the half life and AUC (0-Sh) of serum ethanol concentration by 15-31% respectively.These led to the suggestion that CHD could significantly decrease the absorption of ethanol and enhance its elimination.Perhaps this was one of the mecha- nisms of anti-ethanol injury.
