中药石膏对家兔内毒素性发热效应和脑脊液环核苷酸含量变化的影响

摘　　要：本研究用细菌内毒素(Endotoxin,ET)复制家兔发热模型,观察石膏灌胃对家兔发热效应和脑脊液环核苷酸含量变化的影响。实验发现灌入 ET 后60mim 时,石膏加ET 组动物的平均体温[ΔT℃(0.47±0.10)]和3h 体温反应指数[TRI_3(2.55±0.08)]明显低于 ET 组的ΔT℃(1.23±0.07)和 TRI_3(4.99±0.10),其差异性均非常显著(P<0.01)。脑脊液环核苷酸(cAMP)含量:石膏加 ET 组(21.75±2.51pmol/ml)明显低于 ET 组(32.51±3.10pmol/ml)差异非常显著(P<0.01)。推论:石膏煎剂灌胃对家兔发热有明显抑制作用,其机制很可能与中枢神经组织中环核苷酸含量变化有关。To investigate the effects of Gypsum on endotoxin (ET)- induced fever and CSF levels of cAMP in rabbits, it was found that Gypsum could inhibit the rise of body temperature caused by ET injection.(ΔT of Gypsum + ET group was 0.47±0.10℃,TRI_3 2.55±0.08℃:ET group 1.23±0.07℃;TRI_3 4.99±0.10℃,P<0.01) and that cAMP levels in CSF could be decreased by Gypsum,comparing with that of other groups.(cAMP levels of Gypsum+ET group in CSF were 21.75±2.51 pmol/ml,ET group 32.51±3.10 pmol/ml,P<0.01).This showed that Gypsum could inhibit ET induced fever.The changes of cyclic nucleotide levels in the central ner- vous system might play a major role in the febrifugal mechanism of Gypsum.
