摘 要:用“多用被动回避反射仪”研究了益脑灵翻转氢溴酸东莨菪碱(Scop)和乙醇所致大、小鼠学习记忆获得及再现损害;结果表明,益脑灵15.4g/kg、7.7g/kg 灌胃7天能翻转 Scop 所致大鼠学习获得损害;23.0g/kg、7.7g/kg 可翻转 Scop 所致小鼠学习记忆获得损害(避暗法),并能翻转 Scop 所致小鼠记忆再现损害(跳台法);3.9g/kg 能翻转乙醇所致小鼠记忆再现损害。结果提示益脑灵有改善动物的学习记忆功能。Using the multi-used passive avoidance reflexometer,the effects of Yi Nao Ling (YNL) on turning over the scopolamine (Scop) or ethanol induced impairment of learning and memory retention in rats and mice were exam- ined.The results were as follows:(1) YNL (15.4 g/kg or 7.7 g/kg.i.g.) given 7 days turned over the Scop in- duced impairment of learning gain in rats.(2) With the dose of 23.0 g/kg or 7.7 g/kg,YNL turned over the Stop-induced impairment of learning and memory gain of step-through,and impairment of learning and memory retention of step- down in mice.(3) With the dose of 3.9 g/kg,YNL turned over the ethanol-induced impair- ment of memory retention in mice.These results showed that YNL could improve the learning and memory func- tion in animals.
