加味桃核承气汤对实验性糖尿病大鼠胰岛素受体的影响

摘　　要：本研究观察了正常及链脲佐菌素(STZ)糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖(FBS)、胰岛素、肝细胞膜胰岛素受体等指标的变化及中药加味桃核承气汤对其影响。结果表明,糖尿病鼠较正常鼠有血糖升高、胰岛素分泌减少、胰岛素受体数目减少、体重下降及多饮多尿等表现,而用加味桃核承气汤治疗后其 FBS 下降非常显著,胰岛素分泌增加,同时肝细胞膜胰岛素受体数目也明显高于糖尿病对照组,多饮多尿等症状显著改善。说明该方对 STZ 糖尿病大鼠有降低血糖、改善症状的作用,其作用机理与促进胰岛素分泌及增加胰岛素受体数目有关。In this study,the fasting blood sugar (FBS).insulin and insulin receptor in liver membrane were observed in normal,untreated and Modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction (MTCD)-treated streptozotocin (STZ) -induced di- abetic rats.Obviously,the FBS,water intake and urine volume were higher,body weight,insulin and insulin receptor were lower in STZ-induced diabetic rats than that in normal rats.In MTCD-treated diabetic rats,the FBS,water intake and urine volume were decreased and the insulin,insulin receptors and body weight were sig- nificantly increased in comparison with that in untreated diabetic rats.The results showed that MTCD could re- duce FBS and relieve symptoms in diabetic rats.The mechanisms of MTCD effects in diabetic rats might be cor- related to improve the secretion of insulin and increase the number of insulin receptors.
