摘　　要：通过实验室的大量研究实验，优选出了清洗冶炼厂换热器管束坚硬垢层的水射流技术参数，并结合实际工况，研制出实用的水射流清洗设备，经工业上的大量推广应用，取得了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。Through considerable tests in laboratory,the technical parameters of water-jet for cleaning the hard scales in the tube bank of the heat exchanger in smelteries wereoptimized.Combined with the practical conditions,a waterjet cleaning equipment was de-veloped.Considerable social-economical benefits were produced from the commercial deployment.
