胶体次枸橼酸铋对大鼠胃粘膜Na~+-K~+-ATP酶的作用

摘  要:本文观察了大鼠胃粘膜急性损伤前后Na+-K+-ATPase的变化,以及不同剂量胶体次枸橼酸铋(CBS)对无水乙醇所致胃粘膜病变的预防作用和所引起的Na+-K+-ATPase活力的改变。结果表明,大鼠胃粘膜损伤时Na+-K+-ATPase活力下降。CBS对无水乙醇所致胃粘膜损害有预防作用,同时刺激胃粘膜Na+-K+-ATPase活力升高,并呈现量效关系。这些结果表明胃粘膜Na+-K+-ATPase在胃粘膜抗损害机制中可能发挥重要作用,CBS的抗溃疡作用可能与其诱发Na+-K+-ATPase活力升高有关。The change of Na-K-ATPase activity in gastric mucosa of rat was studied before and after acute gastric injury induced by 100% ethanol,and the effect of CBS administered in-advance was also studied.Our data showed:1.Na-K-ATPase activity decreased significantly when rat gastric mucosa was injured;2.CBS had protective effect on rat gastric mucosa,and increased Na-K-ATPase activity activity at the same time;3.The effect of CBS mentioned above was dose-dependent.These results shows that CBS plays an important role in gastric protective mechanism,its anti-ulcer effect may be connected with the increase of Na-K-ATPase activity of the gastric mucosa.
