摘  要:用CBS预防和治疗无水乙醇、消炎痛诱发的大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤,测定胃粘膜血流(GMBF)等多项指标,以较全面地研究其对胃粘膜保护的作用机制。乙醇致大鼠胃粘膜损伤后,用CBS预防和治疗与对照组比较均显著降低损伤指数(均为P<0.01),增加GMBF,升高胃粘膜电位(PD),增加胃粘膜氨基己糖、磷脂含量(均为P<0.01),增加疏水性。消炎痛致大鼠胃粘膜损伤后,用CBS治疗与其对照组比较GMBF无显著增加,但PD、氨基己糖和磷脂均升高(均为P<0.05)。本实验提示:CBS能促进糖蛋白、磷脂合成,增加GMBF,增强粘膜表面疏水性,具有保护粘膜、促进上皮修复的细胞保护作用。In order to study the preventive and treatment machanisms of CBS for gastric mucosa,we established the rats model of acute gastric mucosa injury induced by ethanol or indomethacin.Gastric mucosal blood flow(GMBF)and other indexes have been observed.Compared with control group,CBS had preventive and therapeutic effect on ethanol-induced gastric mucosa injury,as it lessened injury index (PR<0.01),increased significantly GMBF,elevated electrical potential difference(PD).mucosal hydrophobicity,Level of hexosamine and phospholipids in gastric mucosa(P<0.01).Although GMBF was not increased in CBS therapy group in indomethacin-induced model,but PD Level of hexosamine and hospholipids in gastric mucosa were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The results suggested that CBS could improve synthesis of glycoprotein and phosholipids in gastric mucosa,increase GMBF,enhance surface hydrophobicity of gastric mucosa.
