土壤含水量和施钾深度对春小麦吸钾的影响

摘  要:本试验以春小麦为试验材料,采用内径10 cm 高50 cm 的硬灰质塑料管为盆钵,研究了正常供水和土壤水分胁迫条件下,3种施钾处理(上层施钾、下层施钾和不施钾)对植物生长和吸钾的影响。结果表明,土壤水分胁迫不仅严重抑制根系的生长,而且显著降低单位根长的吸钾量。上层施钾显著增加了单位根长的吸钾量,提高了植株体内含钾水平,促进了植株生长,增加了水分利用效率。土壤下层施钾无明显效果。土壤供水充足情况下,上层施钾虽能增加植物的含钾量,但对生长量干重并未产生影响。To study the effect of K application on growth and K uptake of spring wheat under differ- ent soil moisture conditions,a pot experiment was conducted in which potassium was supplied at upper soil layer or lower soil layer in the pot,or no potassium applied under two soil moisture regimes.The results showed that soil water stress strongly depressed the growth of root and decreased specific K uptake of spring wheat.Application of potassium in upper soil increased specific K uptake,improved K concentra- tion of plant,promoted the growth of plant and water use efficiency.Application of potassium in lower soil had no effect.Under normal soil moisture condition,application of potassium increased K concentra- tion of plant,but no effect on the growth of spring wheat.
