摘　　要：本文着重介绍TP801单板机对500kw加热电炉炉温自动控制系统的硬件电路设计.由传感器(热电隅)采样电炉内各点温度,经放大、A/D转换,用单板机自动控温,达到了节省能源,提高产品质量的目的.This paper mainly discusses the design of hardware circuit about the TP801single board computer automatie control system of 500kW electric furnace's temperature.The temperature of all parts in the electric furnace is sampled by the sensor (thermocouple),then is magnified. After A/ D conversion, we use single board computer to control thetemperature automaticly. Through it, we not only save the energy, but also inprove thequality of the product.
