摘 要:以高纯异丙醇铝为先驱物,在有机分散剂中两步水解制备Al2O3超细粉体,探讨了各种因素的影响。对粉体进行了透射电镜(TEM)、热重(TG)、差热(DTA)、X射线衍射及表现分散性能等表征,结果表明:溶剂种类,水解温度及酸度对氧化铝水合溶胶及成品粉体特征有较大影响,当先驱物:水:分散剂的摩尔比为1∶3~3.1∶40~50,温度分别为室温和50~60℃时,得到粒径小于10nm、均匀、稳定的氧化铝超细粉,产品为非晶态,在有机溶剂中有良好的分散性与透明性。Abstract Ultrafine Al2O3 particles have been prepared by two-step hydrolysis of Al(OC3H7)using sol-gel technigue,Some factors which influence the particles diameters andproperties of Al2O3 ultrafine particles were studied.The products were identified by TG.DTA. and TEM,..The results show that the kinds of dispersant.temperature of hydrolysisconcentration and acidity of reactants have significant effects on the size of Al2O3 collidal par-ticles.Under the conditions of T=25-30℃(1st.step),50-60℃(2nd. step),precursor:H2O:dispersant=1∶3.0~3.1∶40~50 in mole.The particle sizes of Al2O3 less than 10nmcan be obtained,and the powders obtained have a good dispersity and transparency in non-polar organic dispersants.
