椪柑雌配子体发育与授粉过程观察

摘　　要：对椪柑的雌配子体发育及授粉过程进行了观察,结果表明:雌配子体子房上位,通常9—10室,每室多个胚珠,中轴胎座;胚珠倒生,珠心厚,双珠被,大孢子四分体纵向排列在珠心组织中,合点端的大孢子具有功能;胚囊发育属蓼型。湿型柱头,开放型花柱。授粉后1d,花粉管长入柱头,3d抵达花柱中部,5d抵达花柱基部,7d进入于房腔或胚囊。The development of female gametophyte and the process of pollination of Ponkan(Citrus reticulata Blan-co) are investigated in detail and the rusults are summarized as follows: (1) The superior ovary usually con-sists of 9-10 carpels. Each of carpel contains multi-ovule which is anatropous on axile placenta. The ovule is double-integument and crassinucellate. The megaspores are arranged in a longitudinal row ,and generally the three closest to the micropyle degenerate , remaining one developing. The development of embryo-sac con-fronts to polygonum type. (2)The stigma is wet type and the style is open type. (3)The pollen tube grows in-to the stigma 1 day,reaches the middle style, 3 days,reaches the base of style, 5 days,and enters the locule or the embryo-sac,7 days after pollination.
