摘　　要：构建林业可持续发展宏观机制,是强化国家对林业宏观调控职能,实现中国林业持续发展战略的前提和保障.因此,通过对森林资源实行资产化管理,建立森林生态效益经济补偿机制,健全林业投入机制,完善林业市场经济体系和林业法制体系,将持续林业思想观念融入林业管理和法制建设的全过程.从而强化了林业投入,促进了林业产业化管理和资源优化配置,实现了森林生态效益、经济效益和社会效益的统一,使林业走上可持续发展的道路.In order to strengthen the national macro-regulating capacity to forestry and to achieve the strategy of sustainable forestry development in China,it is a prerequisite and guaranty that the macroscopic mechanism of sustainable forestry development should be con- structed.Therefore,the conception of sustained forestry can be merged into the whole pro- cess of forestry management and administration and legislation by the capitalized manage- ment of forest resources,the foundation of economically compensatory mechanism for forest ecological effects,the amplification of the forestry input mechanism,and the perfection of forestry market economic system and forestry legal system.As a result,the input into forestry will be increased,the estate forestry management and the optimized resource alloca- tion will be promoted,the integration of forest ecological effect,economic effect and social effect will be realized and the forestry will walk on the road of sustainable development.
