森林永续收获与可持续林业的比较

摘　　要：正确理解和把握森林永续收获与可持续林业的本质区别,是可持续林业提出之后广大林业工作者普遍关心的问题.本文在归纳森林永续收获基本理论与提出可持续林业理论框架的同时,对二者进行了分析比较.认为在经营取向、理论核心、技术保障体系、评价尺度、空间操作尺度和管理组织形式等方面,森林永续收获与可持续林业有着本质的区别.这些区别正是从森林永续收获到可持续林业过程中,林业工作者在森林经营范式上所需转变之处.In this paper,not only the theory of forest sustained yield is summed up,but also the theoretical framework of sustainable forestry is put forward.At the same time,a comparison is given between the forest sustained yield and the sustainable forestry.The au- thor thinks that they are different in essence in five aspects:the orientation of management, the core of theory,the system of technology,the standard of assessment,the spatial scale of operation,the organizational form of management.
