摘　　要：阐述了作者近年来设计实现的地震短临预报专家系统ESESUP,其设计思路、系统结构、功能、核心部分的实现技术及其主要特征。In this paper, the authors described the newly developed Expert System for Earthquake Short-term and Urgent Prediction ( ESESUP). The design, system structure, function and main features of the ESESUP and the implementation technique for the key part of the ESESUP are all involved.
