摘 要:本文基于酸性介质中,痕量亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化二甲苯蓝FF的高灵敏褪色反应,建立了一个测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法。线性范围为2~40ng/25ml,检出限为9.4×10-11g/ml。用于土壤样品和环境水样品中亚硝酸根的测定,均获得满意结果。catulytic oxidation xylene cyanol FF is proposed for detotmining trace amounts of nitrite. The new method is based on the fact that in acidic medium, the nitrite catalysed oxidation xylene cyanol PF by potassium bromate has a high sensitivity of decoloration reactions. The concentration linear range is 2~40ng/25ml, detection limit is 9. 4×10-11g/ml. This method has been applied to the determination of nitrite in the sample of earth and environmental water with satisfactory results.
