摘 要:本文介绍了工业试制易切削铌钒复合微合金中碳钢35MnVNbS。结果表明,增加硫含量(0.03%~0.1%)对钢的强度和塑性没有明显的影响,而冲击韧性值有上升趋势。铁素体和珠光体节的的平均尺寸相对减小。钢水经钙处理后球化夹杂物体积占总夹杂物体积40%~50%。此类夹杂物不仅有利于力学性能各向同性,而且有利于切削加工性能,比调质钢40Cr优越得多。The industrially trial-produced free-cutting Nb-V microalloyed medium carbon steel was investigated.Experimental results show that strength and plasticity are not obviously influenced by sulphur addition in the range of 0.03%~0.1%,Impact toughness value does not decrease and shows some increase instead.The average size of ferrite grains and pearlitic nodules reduces wit h in-creasing Scontent.40~50 percent of sulphide inclusions is modified by Ca treatment.The modified oxysulphide inclusions benifit not only mechanical properties but also machinability;Testing results of machinability prove that machinabilityof steel 35M nVNbS is much better than that of quenched and tempered steel 40Cr.
