摘　　要：本文分析了冀北高原农牧业持续稳产的障碍因素，提出了冀北高原农牧业持续稳产的技术途径和措施．This paper analyzed the factors limiting the sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry in the plateau region of north part of Hebei and provided the technical way and measures of sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry.
