国产氯前列烯醇诱导河北细毛羊同期发情试验（初报）

摘　　要：在配种季节，将２４３只款配种母羊随机分为３组，即试验一组．试验二组及对照组，试验一、二组羊分别颈部注射国产氯前列烯酸１．０和０．５ｍｌ，对照组不注射，处理后第２４、４８、７２和９６小时，放入试情公羊检出发情母羊，发情者判定为同期，人工授精．结果试验一组同期率９２．９％，第二组８６．２％．显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）高于自然发情率（２３．２％）．同期发情母羊受胎率６０．８％，低于自然发情受胎率（７２．１％），但差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）．用氯前列烯醇诱导河北细毛羊同期发情，集中配种，缩短配种，护产时间，有利于提高羔羊成活率．During tupping season,243 unmating ewes of Hebei fine wool sheep were divided into three groups at random.First and second test groups'ewes nect-injccted Chinese cloprostenol1.0 or 0.5ml respectively,control groups'ewes were not injected.At 24,48,72and 96h after treated,those ewes in estrus were determined by teasier raws,being cstrus synchronization,then were artificially bred Estrus synchronization rate of lst and 2nd group was 92.9%,86.2% respectively,significantly higher than control group's national estrus rate(23.2%).The Pregnancy rate of estrus synchronization ewes was 60.8%,lower than that of national estrus ewes(72.1%),but the difference was not evident(P>0.05).The concluaion was drawn that Chinese cloprosteni can be used to inducing estrus synchronization of Hebei fine wool sheep.
