摘　　要：在小试研究的基础上，对山杨制化机浆工艺技术进行了中试。化学预浸渍采用碱性亚钠法，ＮａＯＨ／Ｎａ＿２ＳＯ＿３用量为３．７％／１３．２％，纸浆得率达８７％～８９．６％，常压磨浆至２５０Ｃｓｆ，纸页抗张强度达５８Ｎ·ｍ／ｇ，耐破指数３．２ｋＰａ·ｍ￣２／ｇ，撕裂指数达６．８ｍＮ·ｍ￣２／ｇ，纸浆白度４４．３％ＩＳＯ，不透明度９０．５％，且有较高的湿强度。综合生产成本及上述技术指标的结果表明，短周期阔叶材山杨是制高质量化机浆的良好原料，所得未漂化机浆可以适合于配抄高强度包装类用纸，经漂白后可以配抄高级文化用纸。The pilot scale study was carried out basing on the previous laboratory works of chemimechani-cal pulping studies on Populus davidiana,Alkaline sodium sulphite stock was used for chemical pretreat-ment with chemical charge as NaOH/Na_2SO_3:3.7%/13.2%on od wood base. The CMP pulps were yield-ed in a range of 87%～89.6%,At a given freeness level of 250 mL Csf,the hand sheets strengths were 58N. m/g in tensile,3.2 kPa·m￣2/g in burst and 6.8mN·m￣2/g in tear, the optical properties were mediateto good as 44.3%in brightness and 90.5%in opacity.The technical economical analysis was made,Popu-lus davidiana is a good resources of pulpwood for high yield pulping, before or after single or multi-stageof peroxide bleaching,the pulps can be used as furnishes of high strength packaging,writing,printing andLWC grades.
