摘　　要：本文是对农业科技体制改革中反腐倡廉问题的探讨。根据党中央反腐败斗争的要求．结合农业科研单位的实际，从体制改革、科研发展、科技开发、科研保障等方面研究反腐倡廉的必要性；分析反腐败的共性要求与农科单位个性特点，搞好反腐倡廉与保证改革发展，治标与治本、发挥纪检监察职能作用与齐抓共管等关系，明确反腐倡廉的指导思想；从领导干部廉洁自律、纠风治理、查办案件等方面，提出反腐倡廉的任务和措施．Abstract This article expounded the necess ity to combat corruption and advocat clean government on system reform,scientific research development and exploid.From three aspects of honest and clean to leading officials governing the general mood and investigation and handle cases,this article proposed the tasks and measures of fight against corruption in agricultural scientific research institution.
