摘　　要：该仪器是根据BGO晶体的Pockels电光效应原理来测量电压的,它用光作为敏感信息,由光导纤维来传递,光信号经光电变换器变成电信号,由8098单片机进行处理。文中还详细介绍了系统硬件和软件的设计。The meter measures voltage by using Pockels optoelectronic effect principle of BGO crystal. It uses light as sensing information and optic fiber as transmission media. The optical signals are transferred by optoeletronic converter and then processed by 8098 single chip computer. The system hardware and software design are analyzed in detail.
